The Quiet Craving
A 4-week group for quieting food noise, managing cravings, and breaking the guilt cycle.
You know what to do.
You've read the books.
You've tried to eat “better.”
You've promised yourself that tonight will be different.
And yet… Food is always on your mind. The cravings still constantly show up, especially when you're tired, stressed, overwhelmed, lonely, or finally alone at the end of the day.
And when you eat more than you intended, the guilt kicks in:
“Why did I do that again?”
If this sounds familiar, you're not broken. And you're not lacking willpower.
There's a reason this keeps happening.
My group program, The Quiet Craving, will help you understand what's underneath emotional eating and give you practical tools for responding differently when old patterns show up.

What if you didn't have to think about food so much?
This isn't about another diet, more rules, or trying harder. It's about understanding why you reach for food in the first place and learning what to do about it.
Less food noise. More confidence when cravings hit.
Less guilt when things don't go as planned. More trust in yourself when life gets hard.
Four Weeks. Four Shifts.
Each week focuses on a different part of the emotional eating cycle.
Week 1: Quiet The Constant Food Noise
"Why am I thinking about food ALL the time?"
What you're going to eat.
What you shouldn't eat.
What you already ate.
Whether you've been “good” today.
It can feel exhausting. We'll look at what's actually driving the food noise—including stress, restriction, emotions, habits, and your nervous system.
You'll start learning how to quiet the noise instead of spending all day trying to control it.
Week 2: Navigate Nighttime Cravings With More Confidence
"I'm fine all day. Then nighttime hits..."
You've made it through the day and you're finally home. You're tired. The house is quiet. And suddenly, you're standing in the kitchen looking for something to eat.
Nighttime cravings aren't random. We'll explore why the end of the day can be such a vulnerable time for emotional eating and what your cravings may actually be signalling.
You'll learn how to respond when cravings show up without relying on willpower or fighting with yourself.
Week 3: Break Out Of The Guilt Spiral
"I ate more than I wanted to. Now I've blown it."
Maybe you ate when you weren't hungry or maybe you ate more than you intended, and suddenly the guilt starts:
“I've ruined the day.”
“I need to start over tomorrow.”
This guilt doesn't make things better, it keeps you stuck in the cycle. We'll look at how guilt and self-criticism fuel emotional eating and how to respond to yourself differently when things don't go as planned.
You'll learn how to break this cycle, because one difficult moment doesn't have to become a difficult day.
Week 4: Create a Plan for When Old Habits Return
"What do I do when I have a bad day?"
Because life will happen.
You'll be stressed.
You'll be tired.
You'll have difficult days.
Old patterns may come back. The goal isn't to never struggle again, it's to know what to do when you do. You'll create a personal plan for recognizing your warning signs, responding with compassion, and getting back on track without falling into the “I've blown it” mindset.
You'll learn how to build yourself back up when these times crop up. Progress isn't never slipping back into old patterns, it's knowing how to better handle them when they do.
This Is For You If...
You know a lot about food and nutrition—but still struggle with emotional eating.
You spend more time thinking about food than you'd like.
Your cravings seem strongest when you're stressed, tired, overwhelmed, or alone.
You can manage your eating during the day but struggle at night.
You feel guilty after eating and find yourself stuck in the “I'll start again tomorrow” cycle.
You're tired of trying harder and want to understand what's actually driving the pattern.
You don't need more food rules.
You need a different way of understanding what's happening.
That's what we'll work on together.
